This hotel is a good place to stay. Especially if you're just looking for beach access for the weekend or whatever said time period. It's private/public (w no public parking) Location is NICE if you're looking to escape the 'larger' crowds. I'm sure it's busy during season. I came here twice to experience the magical properties that Beaches ⛱️ have to spend time with my beautiful Boy for who is on the spectrum that was going to be moving out of state. I spent my last moments with him here before he moved out of town and it was worth every bit. They have water cooler tower cooled HVAC Systems and the Air conditioning is off the chain! Most or all rooms have a full kitchen w/ EVERYTHING you need to eat or cook! (Always spot clean plates/silverware) Good beds. I was satisfied with my stay both times in the past month. They have a nice gas grill to use. The pool is nice too. I swam once. Although, after some families with too many kids abusing things, I have seen how the pool magically 'closes' or the 'pump is broken' I would hear... Maybe it did break.. idk I will say though, if you bring your family here, Please be respectful... 👍👍👍 Great place to stay!!! -Anthony B.

Always a great time at this hotel. Small, quaint and family friendly resort. Tricia and the rest of her staff do an absolute amazing service for all guests. We love coming here for a quick getaway. The property is located on the ocean side: includes parking, breakfast, housekeeping, pool, beach towels and reserved beach chairs and umbrellas. You also have a washer and dryer and ice machine. We enjoy our trip always!

We had such a nice stay. I surprised my husband for his birthday with a little staycation. I had instacart drop off food and balloons. Tricia was great with communication from the beginning. The rooms were so charming and spacious. We spent the night playing cards and hanging out outside and the morning sipping coffee by the ocean. Quiet, peaceful, friendly, and clean.

I absolutely love this hotel! The rooms are spacious, newly renovated and the decor is really cute! The kitchen was fantastic!! I loved that it was dog friendly!! Only “downside” which really isn’t a big deal is that the washroom is a bit small and needs to be updated but that really didn’t matter too much because the water pressure was great! And I have to say both Tricia and Jerri are wonderful!! I’m looking forward to coming back here soon! It’s also located on the best part of the beach 🏖️ I stayed at the seagate hotel and to be honest, and I mean truly honest… this one is the one I recommend to everyone when they visit Delray ❤️
